Students gain skills in:
- Leadership practices in current or future roles
- Determination of effective leadership characteristics and styles
- Current organizational challenges and opportunities
- Ethical and socially responsible leadership practices
- Identification of different actions leaders can take to bring about change
- Development of a sustainable action plan
