Paramedic

Paramedics are highly trained pre-hospital clinicians who provide emergency care. Their initial assessment, stabilization and determination of transport locations can determine life or death for patients.

Students learn skills in:

  • Advanced Cardiac Pediatric Life Support
  • Advanced clinical assessment and judgment
  • Leadership and scene management
  • Critical airway management
  • Therapeutic communication
